Trained in Tunis and Bologna, Yassine pairs ancient dry-farming with modern soil science to keep our groves thriving.

Our groves are dry-farmed — no irrigation, no chemical fertilizers, no synthetic pesticides. We compost olive pomace back into the soil and mill with zero water waste.

Every full-time worker on the estate is on a year-round contract with healthcare and a share in harvest bonuses. Sustainability, for us, begins with people.
