Our Story
A grove tended by hand,
a craft passed by heart.
In 1952, our grandfather planted the first row of Chemlali olive trees in the red soil of Sfax. Today we tend over 12,000 trees — many more than a century old — using the same patient methods. Every bottle we ship can be traced back to the exact grove, the exact harvest day.
From cultivation to bottling, every step happens on our estate. No middlemen. No blending. Only the oil our family is proud to put on its own table.
